Sentar is seeking a SME II - Policy Development in Annapolis Junction, MD Role Description: Serve as a Policy Development SME conducting research, analysis, shaping, and coordinating strategy, policy, and doctrine for military Cyberspace Operations at the National, DoD, Service, and Command levels. Apply technical expertise to executive-level projects, and analyze, assess, and develop future strategies, policies, and doctrines governing military Cyberspace Operations. Support interagency and coalition policy formulations on cyberspace issues, ensuring authorities, concerns, and equities are accurately represented. Basic Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience as a USG, DoD, or Combatant Command policy analyst for military operations * Experience with conducting research, analysis, and contributing to the shaping and coordination of strategy, policy, or doctrine for military operations * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph * Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: * Ability to develop reports and briefings on strategy, policy, and doctrine topics * Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills * Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Master's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
