Duties * As a Management Analyst, you will perform the following duties which is not an all-inclusive list: * Assists with the development of internal policies for civilian education and training. * Develops and maintains internal Human Resources' Standard Operating Procedures. * Maintains oversight of military and civilian performance evaluations. * Helps educate and advise military and civilian personnel on rating and counseling criteria to ensure consistency. * Helps analyze manpower surveys and studies to determine and evaluate military and civilian manpower requirements, authorizations, and utilization. * Provides manning recommendations to management pertaining to new positions and how the positions should be best established (i.e., military, civilian, or contractor). * Helps analyze previous manpower surveys, activity reports, budgets, performance analysis, use of overtime, special studies, position, and vacancy reviews and makes appropriate recommendations. * Reviews Table of Distribution and Allowance (TDA) to ensure consistency of organization/staffing structures with management requirements and recommends appropriate changes. * Maintains the AMSC personnel database. * Assists with Time and Attendance (ATAAPS) maintenance. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance throughout the duration of employment.
