SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN with Security Clearance

Duties * You will assure production and accuracy of work. * You will set and adjust short term priorities and schedules. * You will identify and arrange developmental and training needs of employees. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: * Experience making decisions in difficult situations. * Experience identifying and resolving changing work situations. * Experience monitoring cost and schedule performance and taking action to correct negative trends. * Experience utilizing project management fundamentals; Experience applying shop practices.
