As a Copilot Subject Matter Expert (SME). Lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft's Copilot to enhance insurance operations. Collaborate with teams to understand requirements, configure solutions, provide training, and offer ongoing support. Bachelor's degree, Copilot experience, and insurance knowledge required. Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills essential. Microsoft certification a plus.
