All Points is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Aviation Parts Outside Sales Representative to join our VAR sales team. As a key player in our sales division, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities: * Sales and Business Development:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation parts market.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
* Leverage your extensive industry connections to open doors and drive sales.
* Product Knowledge and Expertise:
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of aviation parts, including their specifications, applications, and compatibility.
* Provide technical guidance to customers regarding product selection and usage.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
* Networking and Relationship Building:
* Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network.
* Leverage your existing connections within the aviation and aerospace community to create new business opportunities.
* Proposal Development and Negotiation:
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, highlighting the value of our aviation parts.
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
* Reporting and Forecasting:
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
* Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to management.EDUCATION:
* Bachelor's degree in business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation or aerospace/defense parts sales.
SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS:
* Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong industry connections within the aviation and defense sales industry
* Experience working with VARs (Value-Added Resellers) is preferred.
* Secret clearance is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation abilities.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
* Self-motivated and results-driven
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
* United States Citizenship Required
* Active US DoD Secret Clearance (or higher) preferred.
