ProTech Services Group is seeking a Cloud Telecom Analyst for a large Healthcare provider in Memphis TN. Position is a 1 year contract with a possible extension. Includes Full ProTech PTO and Benefits. This role is on-site. This position will support (40) CLIENT Physicians Practices across Memphis Metro area other important info.:
Total Firewalls: 38 (4 HA pairs) Total Switches: 65 Total Access Points: 141 Total Momentum/WebEx Sites: 45

    • Legacy MMG eCW Help Desk
    • Sutherland/UTMP Cardiology (PathForward backend, Momentum frontend)
    • MMG Patient Access Center (PathForward backend, Momentum frontend)
    • MMG Southwind Champion Hills

 

    • Equipment Models
      • Handsets: Polycom VVX411, Cisco 8851/8861
      • Soft Client: UC-One Communicator by BroadCloud
      • Fax/pots line devices: Cisco 122/192 ATAs

Must have at least 5+ years of Cisco Cloud platform supporting VoIP/Mobility services, or an equivalent cloud-based VOIP platform
Be able deploy/install/integrate Cisco Broadsoft/Momentum/WebEx calling solution.
Must have experience provisioning, configuring and providing Collaboration services via Cisco Broadsoft, Momentum, and WebEx Calling
Have a strong background in voice & networking protocols, design, and principles of data and packet-based networks
Have strong experience working with SIP and various IETF standards
Have extensive knowledge of Dial Plans, Call Features and Media Resources
Have a deep understanding of working with access SBCs, network gateways, SIP trunking and PSTN interconnects
Have strong exposure working with various vendors phones and other access devices including functional testing
Have good exposure to call center operations and handset/soft client management
Have strong communication skills, results oriented, and work with minimal direction.
Have strong ability to replicate and diagnose problems and perform RCA
Be experienced using troubleshooting tools like Wireshark etc. to analyze traces and call flows
Work independently while balancing the demands of both project-based and ad hoc tasks
Ensure the Phone System environments are operating optimally
Assist in the ongoing design, implementation, and maintenance of our Cisco/Momentum/WebEx calling solutions
Perform system maintenance, including patch evaluations and recommendations, systems upgrade, development of MOPs and test plans, lab testing, and execution of patching/upgrades in concert with the stakeholder s operations team
Work closely with the stakeholder s technical resources to setup and support configurations
Customer support of platform related issues for problem and troubleshooting/diagnosis and resolution
Experience with End to End call flows and Cisco/Momentum/WebEx platform troubleshooting techniques
Issue management and tracking (good project management and record keeping skills)
