Supplier Quality Engineer (Onsite Devens)

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Looking for Manufacturing experience and a mechanical background (mechanical engineer)
  • This person will help source and set up new suppliers in the US, transitioning from UK suppliers. (This experience is key)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Preferably experienced in medical devices or other regulated industries.
  • Strong background in conducting CAPAs, Investigations, and formal Root Cause Analysis.
  • Quality Engineer backgrounds with robust investigation experience will also be considered.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the medical device or regulated industries is a plus.
