* Experience applying knowledge of the Navy management practices; and management principles to identify and recommend solutions to improve organizational structure, effectiveness and efficiencies.
* Experience applying knowledge of Reserve Component employment and funding including Annual Training (AT), Active Duty for Training (ADT) and Inactive Duty for Training Travel (IDTT)
* Experience utilizing the Navy Total Force Manpower Management System and knowledge of coding requirement for manpower updates.
* Experience applying knowledge of regulations/directives, and information systems applicable to civilian and military personnel management.
* Experience applying knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS) rules and policy to authorize travel, complete travel documents (travel advances, arrangements, travel claims.
