Equal Employment Specialist with Security Clearance

Duties * Responsible for providing technical guidance and direction to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs. * Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a comprehensive EEO program is implemented at all levels within the region. * Advise commanders and their staff at all levels on the effectiveness of the program. * Participate in planning, organizing, and overseeing intensive EEO program activities for the IMCOM Directorate-Sustainment (ID-S). Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience establishing, organizing, directing, and staffing an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office, advising management officials, on program requirements to include providing quality products, services, and direction on issues related to the administration and management of an EEO program and the impact of organization policies, plans, practices and decisions on personnel. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
