Duties * You will provide overarching expertise in the execution of full spectrum operations planning, manned and unmanned platform operations, kinetic and non-kinetic attacks, special munition considerations, and mitigation of Risk. * You will support a team comprised of all-domain subject matter experts from across the Joint Force in the execution of integrated Joint Fires plans supporting command operations. * You will coordinate with subordinate joint forces, sub-unified commands, service components, and functional components to ensure crisis and contingency response. * You will provide integrated Joint fires response options for the National Command Authority during crisis action planning and response. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Applying knowledge of Joint Fires planning, policies, processes and procedures along with demonstrated experience in Joint Targeting Cycle planning, execution, and assessment; 2) Applying and integrating joint lethal and non-lethal fires and effects; 3) Working on Joint Campaign, Crisis, and Contingency planning, processes, and procedures and developing and assessing new policies, processes, and procedures; 4) Building information, non-kinetic, and cyber operation assessment frameworks; 5) Establishing and maintaining extensive liaison with functional and sub-unified commands, service components, and other interagency organizations; 6) Negotiating effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations for command positions on extremely sensitive, highly classified and vitally important capabilities; 7) Planning, organizing, and leading others in comprehensive studies or projects and preparing accurate, technically sound recommendations and communicating the organization's position on an issue to a broad global audience; 8) Describing situations, problems, analyses and conclusions in a clear and succinct manner to general/flag officers, senior staff, and international partners; 9) Using Microsoft suite of office software; especially the PowerPoint program and a working knowledge of SharePoint.
