*Salary range is $90k-120k. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Network Installation / End User Technician to join our Tampa, FL team. This candidate will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting all desktop devices to include desktop VTCs and associated equipment, such as MFDs, laptops, and conference rooms. Basic Qualifications: -Bachelor’s Degree, and 3 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware support, Associate’s Degree with 5 years of experience in IT hardware support, or High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of experience in IT hardware support.
-Possess an IAT level II baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M such as Security + (preferred) if performing Network support. (Required to start, but no required to interview/accept offer)
-Possess an IAT level I baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M such as Network+, A+ or equivalent certification to perform all non-network related activities. (Required to start, but not required to interview/accept offer)
-Customer facing experience
-10% travel or as required to support the region Preferred Qualifications: -Experience supporting CAN networking requirements.
-Experience with a ticketing system.
-Quality cabling skills in installation, splicing, and fabrication. Clearance Requirements: -Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph (through the MD Intelligence Customer) Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Provides installation/troubleshooting support to VOIP phones, Teleconferencing equipment, AVMM/conference rooms, printers, desktop computers, other hardware devices as requested, and completes associated cabling work.
-Supports refresh, modernization, projects, and STO activities as required.
-Travels to support other locations within the area as needed.
-Follows proper processes of equipment classification and sanitization.
-Conducts equipment surveys, inventories, completes database updates, and assists with logistical services for associated equipment.
