Jscape MFT Admin/Support Consultant

Atlanta GA,

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Jscape MFT Admin or Support Consultant for a contract position. The consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Jscape MFT administration and support, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Jscape MFT systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide support for MFT operations, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for MFT configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and implement enhancements as needed.
  • Assist in testing and deploying MFT system upgrades and patches.
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven knowledge and experience in Jscape MFT administration or support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve MFT issues efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or Bash for automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP, and HTTPS protocols.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications.
  • Relevant certifications such as Jscape MFT Admin or Support Certification would be advantageous.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):

  • Experience with other Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards related to MFT.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL queries.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
