Sr. AWS Consultant - Remote - Fort Meade, Maryland - TS/SCI FSP Entelligence is seeking a Senior Consultant to support one of AWS' clients. The successful candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with representatives from Entelligence, Partner, and the end-user. The Sr. Consultant will function as the AWS Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will interact directly with the customer's personnel. The Consultant will serve as the technical expert on executive-level project teams within the customer providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. This position requires US Citizenship and TS/SCI Clearance FSP (within past 5 years) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Architectural analysis to establish current and projected workload architecture
* Deliver a test plan including performance testing, stress testing, and failure testing
* Build comprehensive metrics and monitoring, and operational status of all components/subcomponents
* Develop IaC and utilize CI/CD throughout implementation
* Drive projects alongside our SMEs to solve complex problems for our most strategic customers
* Take responsibility for the delivery of projects within the constraints of schedule, scope, features/functionality, and budget
* Monitor and report on all aspects of your projects including progress, project profitability, forecasted hours, risks, communications and customer concerns
* Work with the Resource Managers to ensure that your projects have the best people with the right skills and at the right time.
* Contribute to and lead the development and maintenance of AWS PMO standards, processes, and practices
* Maintain a high-level technical knowledge of the AWS software stack. (Full training and enablement provided)
JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Experience building databases and data stores such as OpenSearch/ElasticSearch, key-value stores such as Accumulo or HBase, and/or relational data stores such as MySQL, Postgres, RDS, Aurora
* General developer experience building applications on AWS
* Experience utilizing CI/CD pipelines
* Able to travel onsite Fort Meade, MD as needed by customer
