Duties * You will manage and perform work by applying knowledge of the capabilities, limitations, operations, design, characteristics and functional use of a variety of types and models of electronic equipment and systems. * You will apply knowledge of electronic theory, circuit design, and the operating characteristics of more familiar equipment to develop, test, or perform other technical work on electronic equipment. * You will provide technical and programmatic advice, guidance and recommendations to management and stakeholders on critical issues. * You will develop maintenance standards and procedures. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying techniques and principles of electronics and equipment for Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems to interpret drawings, plans, and specifications; identifying and correcting deficiencies; performing installation, maintenance, operation, and/or testing duties. This position is in the Science & Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL) Human Resource Management System pay band for Department of Defense laboratories.
