Job Description:
The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.

- Drive XFN coordination and operational tasks designed to achieve program objectives and support related activities and processes
- Program Managers should have strong analytical skills to evaluate complex information, make data-driven decisions, and track performance metrics.
- Experience in managing change is essential, due to the often need to implement new processes or changes in strategy. This includes managing resistance to change and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Manage task queues and track assignment across teams to drive necessary throughput by actively monitoring task workloads
- Proactively engage with Meta counterparts to help ensure successful execution of end-to-end processes toward achieving group objectives
- Support people, process, and tooling programs, design and manage user feedback systems

Job Responsibilities:
