Major Duties: * Coordinate training events and materials for instructors and students by reviewing and editing course schedules for Computer Science Field Operations Training Sessions and Curriculum Development Events, and collaborate with instructional specialists, instructors, and subject matter experts. * Ensure lodging, transportation, and other travel needs are met for each training or workshop. * Serve as liaison between all 56 FBI Field Office Training Coordinators, Training Division, CS/DOS Field & HQ Instructors, as well as Instructional Systems Specialists to facilitate training for Computer Scientist (CS) and Digital Operations Specialist (DOS) positions. * Provide administrative coordination and communication to regional field office meetings with the CS and DOS personnel, as well as any All Hands events or workshops. * Maintain, track, and report all Computer Science Field Operations Training data. * Conduct highly complex process management/program analyses to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, develop performance measures, and ensure processes meet valid administrative/program requirements. * Serve as a senior analyst responsible for providing advice to executives, managers, and operational personnel by performing functions which include planning, research, analysis, and administrative management functions addressing complex issues relative to training the CS and DOS positions. SE is defined as follows: * Experience in coordinating curriculum and logistics for in-person and virtual training courses, ensuring accessibility and reasonable accommodations for instructions and students * Experience pertaining to tracking personnel/positions and matters concerning training. * Experience in communicating clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, in order to tactfully and persuasively advise and guide executive management relative to a variety of issues which can be delicate in nature; making presentations; and preparing complete, clear, and concise reports, correspondence, briefings, charts, tables, and graphs that may be distributed throughout the Bureau. * Experience in planning, organizing, and directing teams and negotiating effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations, where the proposals involve substantial resources and require extensive changes in established procedures. * Experience with a diverse team, including personnel divided between two Headquarters locations, different job families, and in support of a large number of individuals spread across the entire United States.
