  • Six years of experience designing, delivering and/or managing internal and external facing software testing, training, and/or implementation projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Proficiency in Camtasia, Articulate, Cornerstone or other authoring tools.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle (i.e., six sigma, agile, etc.) and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner across teams/functions to deliver results.
  • Experience with government agency change efforts.
  • Exposure to software development and continuous process improvement processes.
  • Proven success in transforming raw content into informative, engaging, and compelling learning experiences.
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, internal/external communications, audio scripts/video scripts.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shift priorities as business needs change.
  • Bachelor s degree, or higher.
