Summary You will serve as a Combat Assessment Manager of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary. Duties * You will have knowledge of Joint Fires planning, policies, processes and procedures along with demonstrated experience in Joint Targeting Cycle planning, execution, and assessment. * You will have knowledge of and experience with Joint Campaign, Contingency, and Crisis Action Planning processes and procedures and ability to develop and assess new policies, processes and procedures. * You will have knowledge and experience with building information, non-kinetic, and cyber operation assessment frameworks. * You will have knowledge of military command structure, military staff organization, and operations at a Combatant Command or equivalent strategic-level organization. * You will provide feedback to intelligence experts to adjust collection requirements in accordance with USINDOPACOM priorities. * You will manage all aspects of Combat Assessment to theater integrated fires providers to fine-tune attack coordination, target deconfliction, and command guidance for the maneuver of forces in the execution of fires. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector; responsible for the development, direction, and implementation of the IJFC and its future plans to achieve integrated joint effects throughout the Indo-Pacific AOR. Specialized experience may demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating knowledge of Joint Fires planning, policies, processes and procedures along with demonstrated experience in Joint Targeting Cycle planning, execution, and assessment; 2) Maintaining and executing plans to assess the effectiveness of IJFC operations against threats impacting the Joint Force; 3) Providing assessment expertise in the execution of war plans, force protection; manned and unmanned aerial platform operations; kinetic and non- kinetic attacks to achieve maximum Joint effects against selected targets; and 4) Providing technical advice and administrative guidance regarding policies, procedures, and problem resolution for Combat Assessment activities.
