This position requires someone with a Top Secret clearance (SCI eligible). This position is in the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. A week in the life of an On-Site Project Manager - Matrix Organization: * Lead a team transitioning into a matrix organization. * Team provides program protection products to defend our S&T developmental efforts. * Balance tasks between 5 task managers, as many as 20 product leads including our prime staff and 2 subcontractors * Accept and prioritize tasking from 7 Government customers and our operations lead. * Manage resource allocation, delivery dates and product quality. Job Requirements Qualifications: * Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related subject * PMP Certification is strongly desired. * 15 Years of professional experience in Project/Program management experience is a must have. (A background in a technology area, Intelligence and/or law enforcement is a nice to have.) * Experience with MS Project * Experience with a matrix organization. * Top Secret Clearance with SCI-Eligibility Founded in 1975, AMERICAN SYSTEMS is one of the largest employee-owned companies in the United States. The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $200,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
