Job Description:


Are you a seasoned tech professional with a passion for driving efficiency in the shipping industry? We're seeking a highly experienced Senior NetSuite Administrator to join our client's team. In this role, you'll leverage your extensive background in IT, Technology Project Management, and NetSuite Administration to streamline their operations and optimize systems for maximum effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Utilize your 5+ years of experience in Netsuite Administration to configure and customize the platform to meet the unique needs of our client's shipping company.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Utilize your expertise in Openair, Certify, Hubspot, and Salesforce to enhance integrated system capabilities.
  • Independently manage projects, demonstrating the ability to operate efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Embrace a culture of continuous learning and intellectual curiosity, staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Use data analysis to inform decision-making processes and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, translating business requirements into actionable product specifications.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and structured thinking in all aspects of your work.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a growing organization, contributing to a positive team-oriented culture.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite Administration; Certifications strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Openair, Certify, Hubspot, and Salesforce preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to interact successfully with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear and concise product specifications.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and structured thinking in problem-solving.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute to the success of the organization.
