ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) / Air Liaison Officer (ALO) to join our team. As a TACP/ALO at ARETUM, you will play a critical role in providing tactical air support coordination and integration between the Air Force and other joint forces to support mission objectives. ARETUM is known for providing cutting-edge solutions and outstanding service to Federal clients in various sectors, including Next Generation Analytics, Engineering Services, Training Services, IT Systems, Cyber Security, PMO Support, and Financial Consulting. Our mission is to deliver technology-driven solutions that meet the unique needs of our government clients, enabling them to achieve their objectives effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities
Provide expert tactical air support coordination and integration between the Air Force and other joint forces.
Serve as a subject matter expert on air support operations, close air support (CAS), and joint force integration.
Coordinate and communicate with ground forces, aircraft, and command centers to ensure effective execution of air support missions.
Assist in the planning and execution of air support operations, including mission analysis, target considerations, and airspace management.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior TACP/ALO personnel.
Requirements
Must possess Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a TACP/ALO in a tactical operational environment.
Highly proficient in close air support (CAS) procedures and joint terminal attack controller (JTAC) techniques.
Strong knowledge of tactical air operations, airspace management, and joint force integration.
Experience with command and control systems, such as Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS) and Air and Space Operations Center (AOC).
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with ground forces and aircraft.
Completion of TACP/ALO qualification course is required.
Ability to work in demanding and high-stress environments, and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
