We are looking for a Pega Software Engineer. Leverage extreme programming and the latest cloud technologies in the development of working, tested code based on proven Agile methods. Leverage software craftsmanship principles and technology standards to solve problems with new and existing solutions. Write production-quality code to deploy on Enterprise Foundational Platforms. Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to develop software architecture plans. Serve as software engineer on the product team and monitor and evaluate solution performance. Experiment with new and innovative software products to improve performance.

Skills Required:Working on a Balanced Team and collaborating with Product Owner, Product Manager, and Product Designer to deliver projects.Carrying out development using Pega Tools to support end-to-end feature delivery.Defining, designing, developing, and deploying applications/services and proof-of-concepts to support Guest Experience Platform growing technical capabilities/expertise and providing guidance and mentorship to other team members.Establishing best practices to maximize efficiency and minimize risk; ensuring quality, on-time delivery using Agile, test-driven development principles; leveraging and applying UI/UX design principles.Individuals should be highly technical hands-on individuals who are passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve business problems.

Experience Required:8+ years of experience performing software engineering.Highly technical hands-on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve business problems.Building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications.Leading end-to-end delivery of medium to large component of a bigger solution.Exposure to a variety of technologies including application servers, programming languages, relational and non-relational databases, and integration techniques.Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.Experienced in delivering solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologies.Ability to Design and understand full PEGA architecture along with PEGA UI

Skills Preferred:Excellent time management and organization skills, with the capability to manage multiple competing priorities.Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner and collaborate.Willingness to go the extra mile.
