Summary You will serve as a Lead Medical Records Technician in the Marine Force Reserve of MARFORRES NOLA. Duties * You will prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information as required. * You will resolve simple issues regarding policies and procedures, simple informal complaints and refer significant issues or behavior problems, and personnel needs to supervisor. * You will provide information, data, interpretations, explanations, and analysis needed to fully respond to inquiries. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Must be a US Citizen. * Must be determined suitable for federal employment. * Must participate in the direct deposit pay program. * New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal. * This position is not eligible for telework Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Maintaining, requesting, and verifying medical/dental records while ensuring everything is properly filed and stored.
