SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST with Security Clearance

Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist in the USMC, Marine Corps Systems CMD of MARCORSYSCOM. Duties * You will provide technical knowledge of all aspects of process planning, management, and execution; capable of coaching and facilitating cross functional/organizational teams. * You will develop, initiate, and oversee implementation of new product support concepts, corrective actions and changes to reflect new requirements, technologies and safety concerns. * You will analyze, evaluate, and review proposed and existing logistics and PSM policies and related issues of high visibility, criticality and applicability. * You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust priorities, evaluate work performance of subordinates, give advice or instruction to employees, and identify developmental and training needs. Requirements Conditions of Employment * This is an obligated position. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Develops and assures implementation of new product support management concepts, corrective actions and changes to reflect new requirements, technologies, and safety concerns in logistics program operations. This is a Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-04 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS 14 grade Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS 15 grade step 10 in the broadband. However, this position is covered by a salary control point within the NH-04 broad band and the salary range is $104,604 to $159,950.
