Responsibilities .cs2654AE3A{text-align:left;text-indent:0pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 0pt} .cs2BCB78B7{color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Tahoma;font-size:8.5pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;} .cs412B2392{text-align:left;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 0pt;list-style-type:disc;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Arial;font-size:8.5pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal} The Senior Scheduling Analyst is responsible for the following: * Develop processes and standards for collecting, tracking, analyzing, and disseminating cost and schedule data * Perform schedule risk analyses, generate comprehensive at-completion cost estimates, coordinate EVM Analysis, and prepare formal reports and briefs * Perform schedule diagnostic/health assessments, trend analysis, schedule realism analysis of status of remaining durations, and correlation of schedule and cost performance analysis; total float growth - erosion status on primary, secondary, and tertiary critical paths * Develop, implement, and utilize assessment techniques to ensure EVM-related services and work products are of good quality, timely, and responsive to program needs * Conduct EVM training and EV analysis as required * Report any significant EVM issues and recommend appropriate actions to resolve the issue * Coordinate and participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) * Evaluate the quality of EVM data submittals and perform data analysis, trend analysis, and assist with development of government Estimates at Completion (EAC) * Develop and provide training associated with IBRs and other EVM/Scheduling activities * Participate in EVMS Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR); assess contractor's continued compliance with the EIA Standard 748-x for EVMS * Create or modify EVM Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items to be used in a Request for Proposal (RFP) Skills Required .cs412B2392{text-align:left;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 0pt;list-style-type:disc;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Arial;font-size:8.5pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal} .cs2BCB78B7{color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Tahoma;font-size:8.5pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;} .cs2654AE3A{text-align:left;text-indent:0pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 0pt} * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline * Minimum six (6) years of professional experience in Scheduling, preferably in DoD and/or IC acquisition * An active TS/SCI level security clearance, and Full Scope Poly is required * Must be proficient using MS Office Suite, and have strong verbal and written communications skills * Must be proficient in MS Project or similar schedule tools * Working knowledge of schedule management best practices such as critical path methodology, schedule quality and execution metrics * Proficiency with schedule risk analysis, including Monte Carlo simulation and knowledge of the DCMA 14-Point Assessment * Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills are required * Ability to work in fast-paced environment Additional: * Experience with Earned Value Analysis Software, such as wInsight, is a plus * Gov't acquisition experience is a plus * Space experience and Earned Value experience is a plus * Experience working program at NSA, or other Federal Government Agencies is a plus * Familiarity with systems engineering practices and space systems development is a plus * Certification in scheduling by a recognized professional society/educational organization (i.e., PMI or DAWIA) is a plus Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
