Qualification:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with extensive experience in Pega PRPC (Pega Platform) and AWS (Amazon Web Services). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Pega PRPC development and architecture, combined with at least one year of hands-on experience in AWS. The primary responsibility of the Technical Lead will be to lead the technical implementation of Pega applications, with a focus on migration to AWS infrastructure. Knowledge of Pega's Customer Service Framework is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Mid-Level Application Developer in the Software Engineering job, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Spring Boot applications. You will work closely with the team to understand requirements, design solutions, and develop high-quality code.
  • Develop and maintain Spring Boot applications to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure code quality.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Spring Boot development.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Spring Boot development.
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies and trends.
  • Capability to lead technical implementations and migrations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Pega PRPC.
  • Strong proficiency in Pega PRPC development and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
  • Experience with Spring Boot development is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
