So if this is you, keep reading and apply Thanks As the Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, testing documenting and maintaining solutions to total systems or subsystems using internally created and/or commercial off-the-shelf products. In this role, you will serve as technical team task lead; deliver IT cloud solutions; provide end-to-end project management support of the project life cycle; provide a total system perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components; coordinate with other team members and ensure problem solution, appropriate risk reduction, and user satisfaction; and make recommendations, as needed, on test and evaluation strategies for application development and system installations. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for working closely with the Scrum Agile Product Managers and Product Owners, facilitating daily Scrums and other Sprint Ceremonies, and helping remove any impediments that stand in the way of the team moving forward with tasks. Candidates will lead, manage and monitor the Enterprise Accreditation process for multiple applications and IT solutions. The Systems Engineer serves to maintain a strong awareness of technical trends in information technology, on-going/legacy IT projects, and Customer requirements. They will apply an Agile project management model; either Scrum, Kanban, Lean or DevOps. They will provide analysis, design, development, deployment and lifecycle support for innovative hardware systems and applications. Work requires: ensuring systems being developed comply with the enterprise technical architecture; help Agile Teams prepare for control gates and accreditation; keeping senior Government management apprised of project status through a deliberate Customer Relationship Model (CRM) centered on rapid feedback and collaboration The Systems Engineer will design and develop solutions to complex infrastructure problems, system administration issues or network concerns. The Systems Engineer will work with legacy virtual machine technology and transition their Team to an AWS cloud solution where technologically possible and financially feasible. They will perform system management and integration functions. The Systems Engineer will analyze Customer and User requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computing capabilities, workflows and scheduling limitations. They will incorporate engineering strategies for introducing Infrastructure As Code methodologies and migration of applications to native AWS services to include new technologies for the Government's infrastructure-related business processes. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelors or Masters degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Scientific discipline)
· Experience with Amazon Web Services or Azure
· Experience with the Scrum framework, Agile engineering, Lean methodologies or DevOps
· Willing to act as a Lead on several projects
· Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in enterprise data strategy, data governance practices and data architecture principles.
· Strong customer service skills, teaming skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional team.
· Ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Design: knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, graphics and models. Generating or adapting equipment and technology to serve User's needs.
· Systems Analysis: Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations and the environment will affect outcomes.
· Operations Analysis: Analyzing needs and product requirements to create a design. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills IT Degree is Preferred

Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
