* Organize and facilitate sprint planning and release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile related events
* Track and communicate team metrics and sprint/release progress to all teams and management
* Assist the scrum team in developing and estimating user stories that are clearly articulated with well-defined acceptance criteria
* Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs
* Assist with internal and external communication
* Assist product owners with backlog grooming
* Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition
* Determine and remove impediments that interfere with the ability of the teams to deliver assigned goals
* Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution
* Promote continuous improvement and help teams to increase velocity
* Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation, creativity and innovation
Required Skills: * Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience
* Experience leading Agile Scrum teams in a cloud environment
* Strong understanding of DevSecOps and /or software/application development processes
* Advanced knowledge of systems engineering principles, methods, and techniques
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
* Experience with Atlassian Agile Products; specifically, JIRA and Confluence
* Active TS/SCI clearance required to start and must be able to obtain a CI Poly" Desired Skills and Certifications: * 5+ years of experience working within the DoD or IC Community
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
* Scaled Agile Framework for the enterprise (SAFe) Agilist Certification
