This position is currently part of a contingent opportunity. The WMD Analyst is responsible for all aspects of delivering contractor services onsite at an overseas or domestic venue, including assembling and deploying the training team, leading that team on site, HAZMAT packaging, and monitoring team performance. The WMD Analyst responds to the client's requirements for trip/training reports and coordinates with the Regional Coordinator, the Program Director, and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) in overseeing and ensuring successful program performance.   In addition to meeting all of the requirements of a WMD Instructor, WMD Analysts must have a minimum of 3 years direct experience in the WMD countermeasures program. Experience should include successfully managing at minimum 2 overseas training trips from initial contact, coordination, scheduling, conducting visit and submission of post trip documentation.   Job responsibilities include:
* Minimum of five years' experience in the CBRN field as a certified State, Federal or Military first responder is required.    * Knowledge of CBRN detection, protection, and decontamination measures.   * Demonstrated experience providing training as a CBRN instructor to civilian students is required.   * Thorough knowledge and understanding of training precepts and techniques that support instructional systems design processes are required. The ability to transcribe technical information into wording and formats for comprehension by all students, at all levels, who may have limited backgrounds and understanding of the WMD field is required.   * Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate orally, as well as in writing, and be physically fit to perform prescribed instructor duties, is required.   * Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the client's organization and with other federal agencies is required.  
* Ability to reduce highly complex instructional materials to a simplified instructional presentation that can be understood by host country persons with limited English language capability is required.  
* Experience working with foreign language translators/interpreters in the presentation of training materials is required.  
* Familiarity with standard training evaluation methods and mechanisms is required.   * General understanding of computer-use skills is required (i.e., Microsoft Office suite of products).  * The candidate must possess a valid, state issued driver license.     * This is a non-supervisory position.  Security Clearance:
