Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below * Lead and manage complex acquisition programs from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met and standards are maintained. This includes overseeing large-scale projects, such as network architecture upgrades, with a focus on maintaining schedules and quality requirements. * Develop and present comprehensive briefs to senior leaders and international partners, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement. * Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. This involves working closely with both U.S. and partner nation entities to ensure that all aspects of FMS case development, from initial request to delivery and implementation, meet the established standards and objectives. * Ensure effective communication between all parties involved and provide oversight to guarantee that FMS cases progress efficiently. * Address and resolve challenges by working with diverse teams to achieve consensus and meet program objectives. This includes facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness in program execution. * Focus on developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, including with the Partner Nation. This role involves identifying and engaging with critical stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are understood and addressed throughout the program lifecycle. * Work to strengthen these relationships through regular communication, collaboration, and by delivering on commitments, thereby ensuring sustained support and partnership. * Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. This includes providing guidance and support to team members to ensure professional growth and the successful delivery of program objectives. Education, Requirements and Qualifications * Clearance: Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance * Master's Degree in a related field and ten (10) years of relative experience, five (5) of which must be in the DOD or * Bachelor's Degree in a related field and twelve (12) years of relative experience five (5) of which must be in the DOD or * Fifteen (15) years of directly related experience, eight (8) of which must be in the DOD Working Conditions and Physical Requirements * May be required to lift 50 lbs. * May be required to travel within the organizational geographic area of responsibility * Some travel may be required
