Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Program Manager with over 10 years of expertise in managing complex programs, particularly focusing on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of WMS solutions, driving efficiency and innovation across our warehousing operations. This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and exceptional communication skills to align program objectives with business goals and deliver successful outcomes.

  • Must have
    • Experience in leading and managing complex Data Warehouse and business intelligence projects, from discovery through implementation, with medium-to-large budgets and a sizeable staff.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project and program management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
    • Proficient in stakeholder management and communication.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.
    • In-depth knowledge of WMS solutions and warehousing operations.
    • Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
    • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Governance Program Management

  • Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial updates to stakeholders, highlighting variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • WMS Specific Responsibilities
WMS Implementation: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems to improve operational efficiency.
Process Optimization: Analyze warehouse processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization through WMS.
User Adoption: Facilitate user adoption of WMS, providing training and support to ensure effective utilization. Innovation and Technology
  • Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (PMP, PgMP, etc.) is preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT program management, with at least 5 years specifically managing WMS implementations.
