Job Description This role is key to managing the complete sales cycle from cradle to grave (quote to fulfilment). This role functions as the team's main POC to edit and update the SalesForce instances, manage customer expectations and deliverables. It also supports forecast development. Currently, the director of sales and the Director or Programs are filling in, which is taking away their ability to market to new customers and other responsibilities. This role will need to be onsite (Reston) 4 days a week working through customer issues, engineering, testing and customer deliverables which require onsite interaction with the products, engineers, and shipping operations. Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
Some network security experience Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Customer requirements gathering and technical writing for proposals to customers
* Provide customer interface of sales team for pre-sales activities
* 50% travel to customer sites for product demonstrations
* Listen to customer requirements and design a solution to meet their needs
* Working knowledge of security processes and documentation i.e. ICD-503 and DSAWG. Provide solutions to customer that meat industry standards
* Participation at company trade shows, conferences and events
* Cold calling on customers requiring CDS solutions
* Post sale customer account management
* Leverage current customer base for additional new opportunities
* Manage Monthly closure reports
* Manage monthly quote reports
* Manage weekly forecast documents
* Meet or exceed quota Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $53680 - $91300 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
