If you're an experienced engineering professional who thrives in dynamic environments and would like apply your expertise in support of critical national security initiatives, get in touch with us Our Cyber Analytics practice is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to guide software development efforts and bring innovative solutions to address rapidly evolving national security challenges. Responsibilities: * The Senior Software Engineer will guide all aspects of software development efforts including securing data architectures and software, prototyping, testing, and evaluating software and systems. You will apply Agile development methods and collaborate with software development teams to solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions. Documentation and coordination with customer stakeholders, developers, analysts, other contractors, and vendors is necessary to ensure positive working relationships and mission success.
Minimum Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, Education and Credentials: * Bachelor's Degree is required in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.
* 10+ years of technical experience in the following areas: computer software development (user and kernel-level), computer programming, and/or computer digital forensics.
* Recent experience working as a technical lead/Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a major project or program.
* 5+ years of experience writing software in: Python, C, C++, or similar modern languages.
* Experience with mobile software development (iOS/Android).
* Knowledge of modern computing paradigms and environments, such as NoSQL, cloud computing and virtualization, parallel programming, network programming, mobile development, and interface development.
* Experience with full lifecycle software development activities in Linux/Window/Unix/Web environments.
* Experience with software development tools for Integrated Development Environments (IDES), version control systems, and bug tracking.
* Experience exploring and evaluating various software solutions and presenting design/improvement recommendations to senior leadership.
* Excellent problem-solving skills. * Security Clearance Requirement: Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
