Location: Rhodes State Office Tower, 30 E Broad St 14th Floor, Columbus, OH 43215

Description: Performs basic workstation troubleshooting and maintenance by collection of information to respond and or resolve routine tier 1 & 2 problems, including, but not limited to:

  • Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 OS and Windows 11 OS.

  • Experience troubleshooting peripheral devices, including printers, scanners, and Apple mobile devices.

  • Provides telephone support related to networking or connectivity issues.

  • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.

  • Provides basic diagnosis, analysis and resolution of issues and customer(s).

  • Independently images and or reimages equipment in preparation for deployment.

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune preferred but not required.

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Autopilot preferred but not required.
