Duties * You will develop, revise, and adapt assigned courses under close supervision. * You will learn to develop facilities, training devices, and evaluation tools. * You will prepare lesson plans and training materials based on course objectives under close supervision. * You will develop necessary training aids and determine time schedules and sequences of instruction. * You will encourage class attendance, participation, and proper conduct. * You will be responsible for the improvement and modification of training for assigned courses under close supervision. * You will maintain training records and develop training reports under the guidance of the supervisor or lead instructor. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal. * You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift. * This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. * This is a bargaining unit position.
