TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

Duties * You will develop, revise, and adapt assigned courses under close supervision. * You will learn to develop facilities, training devices, and evaluation tools. * You will prepare lesson plans and training materials based on course objectives under close supervision. * You will develop necessary training aids and determine time schedules and sequences of instruction. * You will encourage class attendance, participation, and proper conduct. * You will be responsible for the improvement and modification of training for assigned courses under close supervision. * You will maintain training records and develop training reports under the guidance of the supervisor or lead instructor.
