For more information about DAWSON, please visit dawsonohana.com . * Salary range - $73,000 to $91,000 * Job Title : Senior Analyst (Force Generation Systems Lead Analyst) SUMMARY: As a Senior Analyst provides analytical support to Army Reserve Staff Directorates which includes but is not limited to force and resource readiness analysis, operational planning support and assessment of Army Reserve missions. This support primarily pertains to Force Generation; Resource Allocation; and Army Reserve Transformation. Position Duti.es and Responsibilities: * Attend Government meetings, conferences, and briefings as required. * Provide input and submit complete, accurate, and timely reports and contract deliverables. * Provide analytical support to the G-3/5/7 Plans Section * Conduct Unit Readiness Data Analysis. * Use a variety of information systems and automation tools in the completion of the tasks both on the Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and the Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet). * Prepares command and senior leader briefs, executive summaries, and reports; generate and consolidate reports, support senior leader executive summaries as required. * Develop the Army Reserves Priority Process for personnel, equipment, resources, funding, training support and unit deployments. * Provide analysis of Army Reserve Force Generation operations. * Draft force generation plans. * Provide Analysis of the Army reserves Regionally Aligned Readiness & Modernization Model (ReARMM) * Conduct and participate in the MDMP. * Provide input to monthly status and other reports (SharePoint, support plans, information briefings, etc.) as required. * Facilitate planning projects for Army Reserve Operational Planning Teams (OPT). * Review and provide analysis of emerging Army Force Generation doctrine. * Provide information, clarification, and answer requests for information. * Maintain the accuracy and provide updates to the organization SharePoint site. * Synchronize and update support plans and requirements necessary to support USAR Operations. * Prepare orders as required. * Work with assigned action officers and staff sections across the command to improve processes and performance. * Coach, teach, mentor, and assist in the development of others. * Work closely with individual action officers and stakeholders as required. * Complete other position related job requirements and reports identified in the performance work statement. * Other duties as assigned within the contract scope of work. Preferred Position Requirements and Qualifications: * Seven years' experience in management or supervision and a minimum of four years of that experience shall have been in DoD Staff Leadership. * Bachelor Degree ' Master's Degree preferred. * Graduate United States Army Sergeants Major Academy or Command and General Staff College. * 7 to 10 years of Army Reserve related experience. * Experience working at the Senior Staff Level * SECRET Clearance.
