SUMMARY
Blue Sky is seeking highly skilled and experienced Political Military Analysts to support our
client, USTRANSCOM. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic all-
source analysis products and assessments on political and military issues, including regional
stability, foreign military and security forces, insurgent organizations, counterterrorism, and

encourages career development and growth. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role shall provide types of support to our customers: • Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign military, political, and security-related issues. • Provide strategic-level products on foreign military, security, and related political issues. • Monitor existing events, regional political and military leadership, security and military forces capabilities and intentions, and order of battle. • Produce strategic assessments and intelligence products to meet requirements as designated by the government. • Provide intelligence visualization, dissemination, and business analytic services to the analytic workforce consistent with USTRANSCOM standards. • Collaborate with other analysts and subject matter experts to develop comprehensive assessments and intelligence products. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance • Minimum of 5 years of experience in all-source analysis, with at least 3 years in political/military analysis. • Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203 and Intelligence Community (CJ) standards. • Experience with dashboard creation, functions, and operations. • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint. EDUCATION • Bachelor's degree in political science, international relations, security studies, or a related field. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America. Sponsorship will not be a part of this contract • Must successfully complete a Blue Sky and customer background screening
