Our services include Intelligence Analysis, Business Management, Cyber Operations, and Information Technology Consulting Services to the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC) and other Federal Agencies JOB SUMMARY: CRC has an immediate need for a Russian Linguist to serve our customer in Quantico, Virginia. DESCRIPTION: Candidate provides foreign language interpretation and translation support to several intelligence Community member organizations, internal directorates, and divisions. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide written translations of collected material using syntax and expressions from Russian to English * Provide written translations of materials derived from the collection of foreign media sources * Provide interpretation of collected foreign language materials * Advise government lead on cultural, social, and ethnic significance of conversations, situations, documents, regions, and geographic areas MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Ability to demonstrate professional-level proficiency in Russian and English and perform at Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Level 3 or above in listening, reading, speaking, and writing in those languages * Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph * An active and current Top Secret SCI - CI/Poly clearance is required to be considered for this work. * Experience with performing written Russian-to-English translation * Knowledge of Russian culture, politics, military, economy, current events, and psychology * Knowledge of standard Adobe and Microsoft Office products * Ability to produce client-ready, time sensitive products and reports per client requirements * Deep regional expertise * High School diploma and 2 years experience * Moderate to advanced computer skills NOTES: * Very fast-paced, fluid environment * Linguists regularly use Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat as well as a variety of customized tools and databases Clear Resolution Consulting (CRC), our employees are the heart and spirit of our company.
