Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Analyze construction schedules provided by the General Contractors for accuracy, completeness and logic. * Develop briefing slides and formal analysis of each iteration of schedule updates * Maintain historical records of schedules and schedule performance on each project. * Advise Project Managers and Construction Managers on schedule status and discrepancies. * Serve as a Knowledge Manager for a large dynamic organization Skills & Requirements Qualifications and Education Required: * An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET security clearance * Bachelors Degree * 5 Years directly relevant construction schedule experience * Primavera (P6) and MS Project Experience required. * Understanding of Construction Delay and Performance Analysis The following skills/experience/qualifications are preferred for this role: * Ability to draft Senior Level correspondence and briefings * Excel and PowerPoint experience required. * Power BI and other Data Analytics experience preferred. * PMI-SP Certification preferred.
