Remote Type: Hybrid Remote Clearance: Top Secret Clearance w/ CI Poly Sunayu LLC has an exciting opportunity for you as our next Data Scientist. You will work closely with other team members to provide data architecture and data science in support of national security. On this project, you will provide data science support to inform senior decision makers, enhance business processes, create data visualizations and code modules utilizing languages such as Python, SQL, and R. Job Description: * Create mechanisms that allow for more self-service, on-demand options for customers, such as dashboards or self-service querying capabilities - at all levels of the Agency. Create tools to track requests from customers and customer usage of dashboards and on demand services. Compile and maintain statistics to provide comprehensive and historical reports to senior leadership. This may also include modernizing, centralizing, and streamlining the self-service access to data and strategic analytics dashboard/reporting.
* Integrate and implement requirements communicated by Agency leadership, and mission owners for consistency with office dashboard/reporting efforts.
* Gather key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones for agency functional areas. Determine data source(s) supporting KPIs and milestones.
* Create ad-hoc reports that answer taskers/questions from senior leadership, or other USG entities. Basic Qualifications - Must be a U.S. Citizen - Must possess an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Clearance B.S. Degree in quantitative or analytical fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or Computational Social Science; master's degree or equivalent graduate degree including certificate-based advance training courses - 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative intelligence analysis. - Excellent written and oral communication skills; must provide examples if chosen for an interview. - Proficiency in scripting languages Python, SQL and R to categorize and database unstructured data. - Experience developing code modules to incorporate into programs of record, identify language pertaining to importance - Experience presenting data visualizations to demonstrate capabilities of the developed code and answer leadership requirements as directed. - Ability to analyze and assess big data Desired Qualifications - Data analytics experience in direct support of military or intelligence community customers, demonstrating progressive technical development and mission-focused outcomes. - Significant experience dealing with HUMINT data. - Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS/C2S)
