Budget Analyst with Security Clearance

Duties * Review established policies, procedures, regulations and directives to determine correct appropriation to be used. * Provide advice and recommendations on all resource management processes for appropriated and non-appropriated funds, to include manpower management. * Plan, program, formulate, and execute the budget of assigned programs. * Keep abreast of new trends, financial systems, and state-of-the-art budget concepts, practices, methods, and functions. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. * Percentage of time to be spent Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) is 20%. * The position requires DoD SC Workforce (SCW) Certification. The incumbent must complete certification-related training requirements in the SC Area of Concentration (AoC) within the timeframe associated with the position's SCW certification level. * This is a financial management Level 2 Certified position. The incumbent must complete certification-related training requirements within the timeframe associated with this certification level.
