R-00135606 Description The Senior Vice President of Enterprise Transformation and Performance Excellence will be responsible for driving operational performance and business transformation across the Leidos enterprise.  In this role, the leader will identify and prioritize goals and objectives in collaboration with other corporate executives and ensure they are consistent with Leidos’ strategic and operational plans. This role is based out of Reston, VA at our Leidos Global Headquarters within the company’s Performance office, reporting to the Chief Performance Officer. Primary Responsibilities * Oversee and implement the Performance Office’s 3-year strategic plan as part of the Leidos transformation project.
* Responsible for ensuring enablement of Sector, Growth, CTO, HR, and Finance office strategies through continuing improvement of program execution and quality engineering by creating an effective and efficient ET&PE office.
* Partner with sectors and corporate functions to implement several enterprise-wide projects such as program management dashboard, EAC redesign, and program excellence and financial acumen tools.
* Organizational responsibility for enterprise-wide Performance Excellence efforts including program execution and risk, quality engineering and control and software and system engineering training.
* Organization responsibility for managing the Leidos’ Enterprise Risk management process and overseeing business transformation through management and maturity of the Leidos Business Framework.
* Responsible for the successful implementation and audits of ISO, CMMI, and other industry regulations and standards globally.
* Oversees the Leidos’ company-wide set of policies and procedures.
* Oversee the Company’s Mergers and Acquisitions implementation function, as well as other enterprise-wide implementation efforts.
* Oversee, improve and implement the Leidos-wide business continuity plan.
* Responsible for enterprise-wide program excellence policies, procedures and robust training program.
* Responsible for the Leidos Earned Value Management program, policies and procedures.
* Oversees the Leidos’ Manufacturing Center of Excellence.
* Support the Chief Performance Officer on implementation of operational functional initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
* Communicates and negotiates with leaders within and outside of the company.  Communicates extensively and effectively with senior management across all sectors and functions; interacts directly with the Executive Leadership Team for functional reviews and updates to enterprise-wide implementation efforts.
* Requires the ability to understand and apply the strategic vision of the organization through partner relationships and priorities.
* Manages multiple functions through teams led by directors and managers. Responsible for selecting, organizing and managing the company’s Performance Excellence oversight. 
* Leads and inspires 450+ employees.
* Ultimate accountability for internal budget for the directly managed organization.
* Support implementation of decisions that collaboratively drive the long-term success, failure, profitability and growth of the company, having a significant impact on its success.
* Responsible for both supporting business growth and the efficiency and effectiveness of the ET&PE office, identifying ways to be cost efficient/avoidant on an ongoing basis to build a best-in-class function.
* Responsible for building a formal, robust succession plan for the ET&PE organization to develop future leaders of the Company.
* Must work seamlessly and collaboratively with other functions within the Performance Office (Global Supply Chain, IT, Cybersecurity, Security, Real Estate).   Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and at least 20+ years of management experience, including 15 years of experience leading large teams and implementing projects. * Ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and establish a solid working relationship with senior management, and peers in the Group and across Leidos. * Understand and identify complex issues and quickly act to solve. * Ability to apply extensive business and industry expertise and provide organizational thought leadership.
* Able to design, oversee, and implement several enterprise-wide strategic projects as a change agent for the Company.
* Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
* Must be in office 80% of week, unless traveling to other Leidos facilities.
* Ability to influence internal peers and stakeholders.
* Exceptional business acumen and knowledge of industry.
* Experience in developing future leaders and executive presence.

* Advanced degree preferred
* Currently possesses a top-secret clearance
