3Core Systems is looking for SAP HCM Project Manager for one of our clients in Jacksonville, FL Onsite 3 days Hybrid (In-Person Interview is Must)

Job Title :-SAP HCM Project Manager

Duration:-6+Month

Location:-Miramar Florida

MUST BE LOCAL TO S. FLORIDA. NO RELO.

Minimum 12 days/month in office and as required project activities.

Project Entails :

  • A lot of Data being migrated into Success Factors using OpenText.
  • Robotic Automation for invoicing

Job Description:-

  • Prefers SAP Success Factors but open to PM with Workday, Oracle, a ERP that has HCM module they have worked with Application Development background as a PM
  • Must Have Excellent communicator with strong soft skills.
  • Be able to lead projects on time, budget and within scope.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment with a PMO, portfolio structure and multiple business stakeholders.
  • HCM technology experience is important.
  • Master project management experience aligned to PMI (incl. financial management, WBS time management, risk/issue management and mitigation, project management presentation materials, etc) and be able to work within ETP PPMO processes and portfolio guidelines.
  • HCM solution delivery experience, SAP SuccessFactors delivery experience
