We are recruiting for System Administrator with Salesforce and AWS/C2S experience to support software development and DevOps project areas. Qualified candidates will have experience with Agile methodology in a DevOps environment. Prior experience with configuration, troubleshooting, and maintaining all aspects of a Salesforce environment is required. Current Salesforce and/or AWS Certifications are preferred. Skills: AWS Cloud, C2S, Lambda, Salesforce, Linux, DevOps, Agile Role and responsibilities include: Manage the state of all components in Amazon Cloud infrastructure to maintain a secure cloud environment
Work alongside Salesforce developers to manage Salesforce development projects, implement change requests, assign roles, and manage permissions
Accelerate and improve standards of development and IT functions within the ecosystem
Ensure that updates and changes are released in accordance with Agile processes
Facilitate more efficient interactions between development and DevOps
Create and configure cloud compute, storage, and other cloud services in the system on AWS Support security patching of services
Monitor environments determining alert strategies and tuning them in production
Monitor and troubleshoot site performance and availability issues
Monitor and renew server certificates Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems
Maintain disaster recovery procedures and environment Provide support and issue resolution for internal users, as needed Maintain Jenkins setup/workflow throughout the deployment process Other duties, as assigned Requirements include: U.S. citizenship
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, related experience/education/training will be considered in lieu of a degree Salesforce Certification(s) prefered (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder)
AWS Certification(s) preferred
Experience working with DevOps technologies
Experience leading deployments to a production environment
Experience working Amazon Commercial Cloud Services C2S/AWS
Experience working with AWS Lambda
Experience working with AWS CloudWatch and CloudFormation scripts
Experience with AWS console system administration
Experience with AWS console operations and maintenance for EC2, S3, Elastic Load Balancing, Auto-Scaling, and SNS
Experience with Git/Github
Strong knowledge of Linux
Experience using Jira for Agile project management Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to support individual tasks and team projects
Experience working in a collaborative team with cross-functional teams in a blended government and contractor environment
