Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Centralized Coordination Department of FLTREADCEN EAST. Duties * You will extract information from databases and use various IT software programs to compile, organize, and synthesize data into usable information. * You will apply a wide range of methods used to gather, analyze and evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile information, deconstruct high-level information into details, and abstract from lower-level information to general understanding. * You will apply complex fact finding, analytical, and problem-solving methods and techniques. * You will analyze/evaluate proposed initiatives, determine impacts on the organization, and recommend sound implementation approaches consistent with organizational goals. * You will analyze complex problems and issues, assist in development of new procedures and criteria, and tactfully deal with top level and key personnel. * You will serve as the Depot to Intermediate Maintenance (D to I) Facilitator for the Fleet Maintenance and Services Branch Head on FRC beyond capability Maintenance (BCM) and National Identification Number (NHN) interdiction selection process teams. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Extracting information from databases and using various IT software programs to compile, organize, and synthesize data into usable information; 2) Gathering, analyzing and evaluating information from multiple sources, reconciling information, deconstructing high-level information into details, and abstracting from lower-level information to general understanding; 3) Analyzing/evaluating proposed initiatives, determining impacts on the organization, and recommending sound implementation approaches consistent with organizational goals; 4)Applying complex fact finding, analytical, and problem-solving methods and techniques; 5) Analyzing complex problems and issues, assisting in development of new procedures and criteria, and tactfully deal with top level and key personnel within other NAVAIR/COMFRC competencies, the Navy's Industrial Maintenance Complex, and other entities outside the command.
