Senior Cyber Operations Training Specialist with Security Clearance

SRG is seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Operations Training Specialist to join our team of Cyber Operation Analysts, Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support the planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of offensive cyberspace operations in support of aligned combatant command and designated sub-unified commands. This includes a deep understanding and experience in employing available cyberspace capabilities and creating future cyberspace capabilities. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to review, analyze, and operationalize tactical and operational-level Cyber directives. An active/in tolerance TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance will be required for access to the place of performance, system account creation to perform the tasks, and access to classified data.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Cyber Operations Training Specialist, you will perform the following functions:
• Plan, research, and analyze computer Internet Protocol (IP) fundamentals, advanced IP concepts, tunneling, traffic analysis, Cyberspace Operations fundamentals, advanced Cyber Operations concepts, converging networks, and emerging technologies for integration into training curriculum, where applicable.
• Analyze, plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct on the employment and executions of USMC Cyber and Joint CMF capabilities.
• Provide instruction in creating Cyber Operations effects against multiple functional network types (e.g., IP, cellular, wireless, public switch telephone, industrial control, radio, mission systems, and air defense systems).
• Analyze, plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct curriculum on computer programming and scripting.
• Analyze, plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct curriculum on Cyber Attack and Penetration.
• Plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct practical application training missions, mission scenarios, and mission evaluation tests or demonstrations for training plans.
• Develop cognitive and psychomotor/hands-on evaluation/testing methods and scenarios.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend detailed system requirements such as training ranges, sandboxes, and Integrated Development Environments to meet instructional needs.
• Support and coordinate with Functional Area Managers (FAMs) for Cyberspace/ISR training, standardization, and evaluation programs.
• Support the development, review, preparation, and coordination of cyberspace operations instructions, technical orders, policy and guidance, and tactical manuals.
• Support establishment of standards, tasks, and formal training requirements for Cyber Warfare operations.
• Support cyberspace operations, training, exercises, and conferences.
• Support developing and employing Cyberspace weapon systems, programs, and capabilities.
• Support the development of cyberspace range policy/sustainment and integration into DoD training ranges.
• Support the development of cyberspace academic training and assist in detailed oversight of training by documenting training deficiencies and providing recommended solutions.
• Support developing, coordinating, and preparing Cyberspace staff taskings, CONOPs, CONEMPs, Enabling concepts, Roadmaps, Contingency Plans, and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs).
Desired Requirements:
• TS/SCI with counterintelligence polygraph.
• Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills.
• In-depth knowledge in one of the following areas is a plus: Operating Systems (Linux and Windows), Programming, Scripting, Forensics, and Packet Analysis.
• 5 or more years experience in a relevant Cyber/IT field, including Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO).
• Bachelor’s degree in cyber operations-related area
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• IAT/M Level II certification
• Additional certifications are desired: GPEN, OSCP, OSCE, GCFA, RedHat+, Linux+.
• Additional Desired Skills:
o In-depth demonstrable knowledge of multiple operating systems
o Experience with malware triage and computer hacking/exploitation
o Experience with Cyber Operations mission systems or capabilities
