BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ANALYST with Security Clearance

Duties * Provide advice and assistance to the PEO and assigned PMs regarding contracting strategies and business matters relating to contracts, planning and management activities that support assigned PM programs. * Manage the entire life cycle process of assigned major combat systems including concept development, engineering and manufacturing development, and initial production. * Serve as principal advisor to the Project Manager on all procurement and production issues. * Support the Business Management Team and the Acquisition Lifecycle Team with contracting information to be incorporated into the team's periodic reports and strategic endeavors. * Analyze, evaluate and provide recommendation for programs which involve government owned contractor operated plants, purchase of government development and production equipment on a variety contracts, numerous contractors, and subcontractors Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. * Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. * One year trial/probationary period may be required. * You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship. * This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. * This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03/GS-13).
