LEAD POLICE OFFICER(DESK SERGEANT/PATROL SERGEANT) with Security Clearance

Duties * You will provide on-the-job training to new FTOs in accordance with established procedures and practices. * You will assist in the planning and directing of watch activities for his/her assigned areas. * You will make on the spot decisions on all out of the ordinary incidents. * You will provide technical advice and guidance to police officers on the enforcement of laws, rules and regulations. * You will respond to emergency calls, complaints and other calls for service during the watch. * You will conduct investigative stops, questions, detains, and issue traffic citations as required. * You will perform law enforcement duties at fixed posts such as entry and exit gates throughout the installation. Education No substitution of education or training may be made for the required specialized experience. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT CONTINUED: * You are required to carry a firearm.
