Domo Consultant

Our company is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with a strong background in Domo to join our growing team. We are a multi-business unit organization in the retail industry, operating across various locations and sectors. As we continue to expand and streamline our data processes, we require a talented individual who can help us leverage the power of data to drive informed decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using Domo, catering toexecutive leadership, internal teams, and franchisees.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and create compelling data visualizations.
• Perform data querying, ETL development, data governance, cleansing, modeling, mapping, migration, and conversion.
• QAtasks, working with various CRM systems, including Service Minder, Salesforce, and home-grown solutions.
• Provide best practices and contribute innovative ideas to standardize and modernizedata processes.
• Assist in forecasting and modeling using Domo, thinking creatively to derive valuable insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Domo (minimum 1-2 years), with a strong understanding of dashboard building, data querying, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in data analysis, ETL development, data governance, cleansing, modeling, mapping, migration, and conversion.
• Familiarity with retail industry dynamics and experience working with multi-business unit data or similar environment preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and data quality assurance processes.
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
