Systems Engineering Lead with Security Clearance

* Bachelor's degree in engineering (or equivalent experience in a relevant field) with a minimum of 10 years of related, proven experience successfully leading system engineering activities; or a Master of Science in Engineering or related field and minimum of 8 years of related experience.
* Prior experience leading a medium size team of System Engineers.
* Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test).
* Familiarity with Software Defined Radios (SDR) and Radar applications.
* Working experience with technical performance measurements and cost account management.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience interfacing with upper management; customer facing. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Working experience with SDRs and Radar applications. * Bid and proposal experience on major life cycle programs.
* M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 11 years of experience or Ph.D. with 9 years of experience.
* Working experience with Model based systems engineering principles with tools such as MagicDraw.
* Familiarity or experience with Agile Systems Engineering Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
